Upgrades

QAF and QAF support upgrade to 2.1.14. The current version is 2.1.13. There were some known issues with it that are not about to be resolved mentioned here:
Known issue (since QAF – 2.1.13) - For scenarios with multiple drivers, the driver teardown is failing. This issue is raised in QAF and the code fix is also committed in QAF. We are waiting for the official release of the next QAF version for this fix. In the meanwhile, you can use QAF version 2.1.12, which has working code for this feature.
