Trying to connect using Selenium/Eclipse but are thrown an "Access Denied" error? This article explains how to resolve this error.
You may be receiving an Access Denied error if you are using a free trial account, or the account being used does not have access to use Selenium/Eclipse with the Perfecto Lab.
The free trial gives you 2 hours of sampling time to test our starter services which include manual control of all devices. Eclipse, Visual Studio, monitoring, native automation, and QTP/UFT are not included in the free trial.
If you are not using a free trial account, please contact your Customer Success or Sales Representative who will be able to discuss with you the options for adding the Selenium/Eclipse feature.
