Problem:

You are facing a RSL error, when trying to load the cloud views.

Error #1: RSL Error/Flex Error #1001

The RSL error and Flex error #1001 is an issue with adobe flash player. This is a documented error with Adobe. You can read more about the issue from this link here:

Unfortunately, this is not an issue that is related to Perfecto.

Solution for Error #1:

The solution is to reinstall your adobe flash player. If your permissions on your workstation are not high enough to do this, ask your IT team.


Error #2: RSL Error/Flex Error #2032

The RSL error and Flex error #2032 is related to the cache of your adobe flash player.

Unfortunately, this is not an issue that is related to Perfecto.

Solution for Error #2:

The solution is to clear the cache of your Flash player. You can learn how to do this, by reviewing the official article from Flash Player.

If this does not solve the issue, please try Solution #1.


If neither of these solutions work, please open a case with the Perfecto support team and include all the details of the issue.
