Solutions for UFT Mobile issues
The Mobile Cloud add-in may be incompatible with the cloud. If an error message is displayed during log in, click the here link in the error message, close UFT and follow the re-installation instructions.
No Images in Screen Capture
If the screen shot is missing from the test report, check the Screen Capture Configuration.
- Request user role access from cloud administrator.
- Make sure that you are entering the cloud information correctly.
Enter the Cloud name without http and nexperience. For example, mobilecloud.perfectomobile.com
UFT Mobile Add-in is not Displayed
Select UFT Mobile from View menu.
Unable to use Hidden Mode option in automation
Hidden Mode is currently not available for use with UFT Mobile.
