On both android and iOS customer is unable to connect via DevTunnel.
In order to fix such connectivity issue try the following solutions:
1. The app (Android Studio or Chrome) that supposed to listen and connect to the device is not up and running. You need to restart your workstation, open the required app, and retry your DevTunnel connection.
2. There could be SSL encryption by your proxy server for traffic between customername.perefctomobile.com, and thus, breaks connection. The solution is to have your Network team whitelist this URL( customername.perfectomobile.com) along port 443 to prevent traffic inspection or bypass the proxy server all together.
