When you run into an issue or have a question, there is a resource to assist you! There are multiple ways to work with the Perfecto Support Team and this article will help to point you in the right direction.

How do I contact Support?


  • Chat

    There is a chat feature that is accessible from the Web Portal. It is an additional channel to contact the Perfecto Support Team. Here you can discuss general questions, existing cases and even open new cases when further investigation is needed.   • Customer Portal

    We also have a Portal that resides in our CRM specifically designed for customers. It is accessible from: perfectomobile.force.com, and is utilized to search, review and comment on cases with the Perfecto Support Team.
    • NOTE: The customer portal has separate credentials from your Cloud Account. If you do not have a user you will need to register.
