Android device fails to install applications after many successful installations.

Solution is - factory reset

Get error 'INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE' during application installation.

Uninstalling applications not help. Rebooting the device is temporary resolve this issue (not actual solution).

The reason: When we install and uninstall applications on our automatic tests - android assign a uid number to each application.

The numbers are between 10000 to 19999. Android is not releasing the numbers when we do uninstall. This is the bug. So, after 9999 installations (and removals) - there are no more numbers to allocate and it fails to install.

But, this is not the only problem. Seems that extra folders left behind. To solve the issue - a device factory reset must take place.
