Occasionally, iOS devices will display a pop-up prompting for the password for the iTunes or iCloud account logged on to the device. When this happens, the device may enter into an ERROR status due to the pop-up preventing the Perfecto client from properly launching.
To clear the pop-ups on the device, contact Perfecto Support.
To prevent this issue, when access to the device is restored, log out of the iTunes/iCloud account and then log back in, thus resetting and confirming the EULA associated with the account.
